My worry: what quantum of evidence is required to convince the judges that there were corrupt practices of such a volume as to annul the election? Petitioners are already disadvantaged from this perspective!
Please please if at the end of the day INEC and it's principals are indicted by the election tribunal and the supreme court. Let it be decency. They can be invited by the EFCc, ICPC or the IGP depending on what the indictments are and they can then go to arraignment . That will be better than the Governor Emiefele episode with handcuffs in the camera. To arraign someone like Governor Emiefele or Mahmodu with handcuffs is just damaging our country,s reputation, just invite them with their lawyer and maybe after the first and second invitation you may arraign and charge. it doesn't take away anything from your investigative authority.
