They have serious competitions with groups like this in Japan. I watched a documentary a few years ago and their rehearsal routine is insane!!! The nice part is that they have been using great hits from 70s/80s/90s and doing a revival of Japanese pop songs like the one in this video.

That was pretty cool. I don't know about 'genius.' Maybe like . . 'synchronized.' You know? I don't think THEY feel OK with the word 'genius,' either. They're Asians. Anyway. Surprise was not how good or bad the group was, it was seeing Klum with the 'eye candy' orange outfit. Like it.
I wonder if any of the judges realize they are dressed like Sacred Rihanna. LOL
