  7. Damn Wolfwood. The religion yet again relates to Knives. Wolfwood looks like he aged up. Livio aged up too. Livio wasn’t in the old anime but he was in the sequel manga Trigun Maximum. Many people are putting it off and not judging it on its. own merits. The old goofier Vash and those moments were filler moments. The 20 year age gap is important and something old fans or people who know recognize. It was disturbing to see Wolfwood contort and distort. This new series is concise taking various plot points and has some changes. Something I read suggests they might go in the direction of the sequel manga for Livio and Wolfwood. Although things could be different. The flashback animation was great. I’m curious what Livio’s eye can do

  8. EZ money: Kill Livio, forfeit your mission and don't kill Vash anymore. Ally against Knives and their cronies. Calling it now, that's the story.

    I don't hate this series. The artstyle feels really nostalgic (although Titan AE did it better still) and the characters are well-written and fun. Definitely the top 15 of the 16 shows of the shows I watch per week.

  11. The scene where his bones get broken was such a surprise, it was shocking, it was disturbing, god I love it. This is Trigun Maximum at its finest.

  13. I enjoyed the original series and I am really enjoying this series as well. I wasn’t sure I would before it started, but I’m in for the long-haul now for sure.
