If you guys want a faithful adaptation, search Voltes V Legacy up. It has the very same plot and iconic scenes from the original with some added character developments and realism put into the series. The actual plot as a whole is straight from the original. It’s also a TV series with 80 eps so nothing is left behind and are actually expanded to get the right balance of believability and fiction.
I see they finally decided to kill the franchise. Good.
Damn now i want to play the Nintendo game again 😁
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. I have seen many bad adaptations of mangas/anime’s and this one is NOT one of them. All of the actors chosen are amazing on their own. I will say that in some parts of the movie the acting seems stale, which makes me think it was asked of them, as I have seen every actor in other movies/tv shows and I know they are actually very talented and act very well. I was very impressed with it as a whole and I am very sad to see that it is not doing well. That’s one thing I hate about people. They listen to what everyone else say instead of trying something for themselves. I never listen to what other people say about movies and shows and I’m glad I don’t, because if this, I’ve seen many great films/tv that I would have missed out on if I had listened to the masses. I find most people are ashamed to admit when they like something and will hate on the thing they like, because the masses tell them they need to hate it. TRY THINGS FOR YOURSELF!

先ず、タイミングが。今、アメコミ映画がワンパターンでうんざりしてる。
次に、売りの美麗キャラ、聖衣、必殺技。もう一人居れば、華が有ったかも。原作者の想いも理解出来るけど、もっとスマートな聖衣が好かった。必殺技に関しては、此処にこそ一番派手な映像が欲しかった。
もう少しマーケティングを精査しないと。原作ファンや映画ファンは了承しても、アニオタが変質者的理論で異常反応してしまう現状がある。
