Mangas are so stupid, they have artists who are also the writer, they can just be a writer or illustrator but have someone else do it.

Between Trigun and Tears of the Kingdom, it couldn't be more clear that good working conditions and plenty of time leads to amazing products. Wish studios didn't care about pumping out game after game or anime after anime just to make a quick buck and instead focused on making fewer, more amazing experiences. I think it's far more important for a product to be something people talk about for many years than something people talk about for the first couple months then forget entirely.
On the topic of concept art books, those are some of my favorite books to buy for series I love I am always looking for them since there may be some out there for series I love that I just wont know about.
I could not get past like episode 6 of the origina trigun. I found it to very boring.
