Ottenger save….or should i say saves were remarkable! And Gus wasnt saving, i mean he played good, but he hadn't been stellar tonight. And Kirill, after that injury miss matches, i look at him, and he is like not being him. I don't know what it is exactly, but i can see the lack of his signature skating, when he speeds up like a Porsche turbo S and then either: hit the brakes, so he "breaks" some defenseman ankles and have a lot of space in front of him, or he slides through defense like a knife through butter. He practically doesn't do those moves. Maybe he is still uncomfortable with his leg? It's like he plays on 80% of his abilities. Anyways Wild need Gus and Kirill to step up their game, before it's not too late. I have a feeling that it would be a 7 games series. 2 even teams.

Ottenger was great tonite. Too great. But the ones who won the game for Dallas are the refs. This game was horribly officiated. Dallas scored both PP goals on penalties that were not penalties and Plenty of infractions from Dallas never called. The bias of the refs couldn't be more clear.

have not watched either of these teams all year but this looks like perhaps the best series on. the dal goalie — never heard of him but he is the best in the playoffs so far. minny needs some offence and a pure goal scorer. if they had that – they would be good.

Fogliano needs to have better discipline. Both those hits were unnecessary and had not actual benefit when the puck is already going down ice. I get the playoffs are intense but in the regular season where penalties are handed out like candy that is a penalty pretty much every time and a dumb one to take if that. Why on earth would you risk a playoff game with such a dumb play….twice ?
Wild should have won this game. Stars have only played one full game this entire series. They better show up at the aac bc momentum is huge in the playoffs. Wild lost but they were dominant in the end of the game.

Spurgeon on the ice for 2 of those Stars goals. One he may have accidentally kicked in and the other he screened Gus. Otter was the man. He’s rounding back into the same playoff form we seen him last year. The 2 breakaway stops and that slide across to rob the wild at the end of the game was legendary!

Terrible offense. Players were more interested in causing penalities than winning the game. As normal, 1 and done for MN.
Yet another prime example of the Wild getting robbed by the refs. This game would have been ours for the taking if not for the refs. Why do people hate on our great state of MN so much.
I will say this both teams dominated on their home ice and both teams were lucky to win on the road and both teams should be 2-2. I think game 5 is a must win for Dallas with game 6 coming back in Minnesota. Minnesota doesn't necessarily have to win game 5 bc I think they can win game 6 in Minnesota.
