He's too skinny. He has been unable to eat for too long. A rescue should be called to feed him back to health. He was calling out for more help at the end. He's just a baby and needs the other seals. Thanks for saving him but always call a rescue too check an animal out. That way he can be ALL BETTER. 💕✌️💐

Is this a leopard seal? I would guess that even a bite from a pup could be dangerous. I could be wrong but it seemed tha it also had some hard plastic around its neck. If that is the case and it is not removed this seal with have a very slow and painful death.
