Interesting perspective, but I don't think ascribing parts of the psyche to whole people is useful. From a Freudian perspective, Jimmy's conflict stems from the conflict between his id and superego. If you must take a psychoanalytic view, perhaps object relations theory would be more useful. Howard is positioned as the object of displacement.

The only argument I don't agree with is that Kim and Jimmy rebel against Howard because he represents the system. They do it just for fun. It's more fun to bring someone righteous to the ground. Simple as that.
Good analysis, I suggest running a noise reduction filter on your voiceover and cutting out all the dead spots, will make the video flow much better
