The "legendary artifact guaranteed after 90 draws" thing applies to regular artifact keys too!
Hey chisgule, when looking at an artifact in the very top left of the artifact pop up there is a little square with an arrow. this button lets you reset an artifact to lvl 1 and 1* and return ALL the materials used to upgrade that artifact. This means if you leveled up/stared up a magic bomb and you want the resources you put into it for your phoenix eye or what ever you can. HOWEVER keep in mind you can only do this once per 30 days.

It isn't complicated. The way you described the 90 thing is complicated, but it actually isn't.
Here how to see it simply: You get 1 legendary at 90th pull guaranteed. If you do get it at % chance earlier, you reset and counting begins from 0 to 90 all over again.
i got infernal flame with my first free key but then got greedy and spent 24k gems to try for another
How is Phoenix Eye better than Infernal Flame for Liliya?
Infernal Flame is literally created for her. It syncs with all of her Kit.

anyone else forge of light packs, plus gems and not get a legendary lmao, im in 120$ and 35k in saved gems for a dozen epics i already had maxed 🤦♂️😂
my concern with this event is the probability. Selected artifacts have a .9% chance and other legendary have a .6% chance. But the normal artifact draw has a 1.5% chance of legendary pull. Their "increased chance was achieved by reducing the chance of all legendaries but reducing the selected ones a little less than the rest.
