Washimi is one of my favourite characters. She's not only a bad B*tch in her own right – but someone who took Aggretsuko under her wing (no pun intended 😉) and stood up for her when she was the target of sexism. She didn't just focus on her own empowerment, and i like that unselfish aspect of her.

I just finished watching through this series and I just love how supportive Washimi and Gori are toward Retsuko from beginning to end. And they're 100% supportive of her "Aggretsuko" side and even if Retsuko tries to keep that persona hidden, Washimi and Gori push for her to use it more in the open because, to them, that's the "real Retsuko" and they just want her to be herself

I love how Washimi called out Retsuko for her (in my opinion) stupid plan to escape her job by using a guy for marriage and settling down as a housewife. Personally, I don't have much respect for those who don't want to support themselves financially and think marital and paternal duty will be enough for the rest of their lives.
I've never seen the show but Washimi alone makes me want to. She is an ideal intelligent, classy, woman and i enjoy how much she supports those around her especially Retsuko.
