De Zerbi was completely out of order with how he was acting. From what I can see Stellini was nothing but complementary before the match towards De Zerbi and it's clear he has misread or misheard what was actually said. But even if Stellini had made some inappropriate comments, to spend the whole match focused on starting fights with the opposition technical area is just immature and reflects poorly on him as a coach. He should have been focused on the match, not on a personal spat with the opposition's manager. If I was De Zerbi I would feel quite embarrassed by the whole thing, particularly after someone informs me he hadn't actually said what I thought he said.
This is so embarrassing from Simon Jordan. Before having a go at Stellini he should probably gather all the facts. At least do SOME research. It was clearly just a misunderstanding
You talk about Tottenham as if it is the team that controls all the tournaments…. De zerbi the Barcelona team has been watching him since he was coaching Benevento Club in Italy… This was stated by Ramon Planes the former sports director of FC Barcelona

I would have thought Daniel Levy would have been more cautious in who he appointed.A lot of dodgy decisions went Spurs way against Brighton.

Remember when Souness said on here that De Zerbi was an awful appointment because he didn’t last at clubs? (He didn’t bother to realise it’s because he keeps doing so well and getting offered bigger and bigger jobs).
Stellini praised him in his presser the Italian press mis translated it and guess he saw that and thought it was insult. The whole thing was stupid
Maybe read the actual transcript from the interview before running your mouth. Stellini was nothing but complimentary, maybe to much so.
Simon isn't correct what he says about Potter, when he left so did all the coaching staff, half the scouting staff. All replaced by the new coaching team, this football style isn't Potter's it's the new coaches, Brighton under Potter were never as good as they are today.
Stellini does nothing but praise de zerbi – usual Italian journalist who reports wasnt at press conference and gazetta then incorrectly translate and run an article with a headline that had nothing based on reality – talkSPORT and Simon Jordan and other media don’t bother to look into story and report on the incorrect article instead of doing there job listening to press conference which on YouTube and then ask de zerbi had he listened to it and ask him what he was so upset about ?
Atleast read the article or watch the press conference first, in no way Stellini was undermining De Zerbi. He pretty much was praising him lol

Stellini was mis-quoted. He paid De Zerbi compliments, but the Italian press mistranslated what he said. De Zerbi's English isn't great and I bet he read the Italian version in La Gazzetta Dello Sport. He's the one who then kicked off on the touchline, with three yellow cards and now two reds this season. If I were Brighton I'd have a quiet word.
Potter's Brighton was no where close to what Brighton is now… And that's a fact.

Stellini complimented DeZerbi in his press conference. DeZerbi then saw a wildly misleading headline and flipped out. Stellini did absolutely nothing wrong.
Stellini didn't say anything bad about De Zerbi in the press. His comments are honest opinions, no bad intention or mind game. Stellini was expecting a normal pre-game handshake but De Zerbi had a go at him like a mad man.
Actually Stellini praised De Zerbri and his work at Brighton at the pre match presser not trashed him. You need to get that right.

Disappointed at these clickbait style videos I've been seeing all day from TS. If you actually look at what Stellini said, he wasn't derogatory to DeZerbi at all. If you feel the need to comment on something, please ensure you get the facts straight or you just end up looking a bit foolish.

If a coach or player in the states gets a ban they cant be in or near the stadium, should be the same in football
