There were so many poor calls. This is just one of the many. It's a shame the referees determined and ensured the outcome of this game. It was so hard to watch. We turned the TV off after that call.
I love how LSU won and everyone still talking about Caitlyn🤣 don’t no one care about LSU . Caitlyn had the whole country watching rooting for her . Generational talent . I’ve never seen such a fun and entertaining player .
When you see that they call a tic tac BS call on Clark for a T and Kim Mulkey stayed on the floor and even got physical with a ref and got no T, you knew the fix was in. The powers to be didn't like that Iowa had gotten in this game instead of SC and from out of the gate you saw what was going on here.
Keep hearing that Magic and Bird did the same which is not true. They talked trash by whispering back and forth and the fans had no idea it was happening in the stands. Go back and watch the legends talk about how Bird was one of the biggest trash talkers and they would show a clip and you couldn't see nothing as the legend would say, "Here's the spot were he said he was going to shot a 3 in my face and I was not going to do nothing about it, but on the video you didn't see hand gestures or anything fans could pick up on. If this was evidence in court it would be a he said she said that's how nonchalant it was back then. But today you have the girls throwing hands up and spitting out the "Ho" word toward the other player. Big difference.

The ref that called that technical must never be allowed in an arena again and should forfeit his pay!
0:27 – want proof that would have NEVER been called in any other game?! Even the announcer was shocked that something tech-worthy happened. Tossing the ball to the sideline, even if forceful, is not worthy of a tech, delay-of-game, or other action by the refs. Hope these refs got paid well, because conferences might not hire them moving forward.
Mens College basketball had their moment with Magic and Bird in 1979. Here, the Womens College basketball had their moment with Clark and the Refs. Too bad LSU didn't have someone to root for, instead they had classless players that are hard to love. The refs had an amazing come-back story too, unfortunately when they came back they ruined this title game.

Caitlin Clark is the real MVP. She is only reason why Iowa-LSU game generated any interest. The refs make sure that won't happen for a women's NCAA basketball final again. And congrats to LSU for being the designated and classless winner of the game.

Clark played an outstanding game & didn’t respond to the heckling by Morris & her friend
The game featured 37 fouls. And while each team received its share, with 19 for Iowa compared to 18 for LSU stay Mad Iowa fans!!
