  1. II especially like the “being content” habit because we are constantly being led to believe that we don’t have enough or what we do have is inferior compared to others (in a material sense).

  2. Shouldn't you roll up your sleeves when you clean the toilet? And wear rubber gloves? I'm worried about your jumper.

  3. Great video. Hindus worship the sun. Anyone who shows gratitude to the sun will be healthier. We have to be humble or we will think we are more powerful than the sun, the earth, the land and the water.
And yes, Hindus have gods for each one of them. Also, a true Hindu is a humble person.

  4. I don't know if it's my Japanese mom who made me do all of these things now out of habit or if it's bc I am a perfectionist. Well, I wish I could clean the toilet everyday but I don't and can't. I don't even know if I will consider it bc I have a lot of things I want to accomplish each day.

Thank you for creating this video. Okagesamade.

  5. It may seem like subtle things but these are profound mindsets that will give you more peace and happiness in life.

  6. thirdly a wish – since i know that you as japanese would never blow your nose in front of other people – which is a german habit – would you please explain how you avoid being this disrespectful – what are you doing if you are sitting with anybody at the table and your nose is starting to run? maybe you'll have some more examples – not only for me
