Episode Description (Scroll to “Anime Introduction” if you don’t know the anime):
Tomo and Jun both confessed their feelings but now Tomo wants more. She wants to shock Jun. As such Misuzu suggests watching a romance movie together on christmas. They do that but Tomo gets too embarrased to act. Afterwards they both gift each other christmas presents. Jun gifts Tomo earrings and Tomo gifts Jun a handmade sweater. Follwing that they both go to Juns house. There Tomo reveals that she wants to kiss Jun but he declines saying it should be special and they werent even officially a couple yet. It turns out that Jun had asked Tomos parents for approval, but while Tomos mom Akemi approved, her dad Gorou said hed only agree if Jun beats him in a fight. Tomo then gets really mad at her father and says she hates him. A bit later Jun finally challenges Gorou and Tomo while brining along his secret weapon: Tomos mom. He still keeps losing until Tomo arrives and she would take over the fight if he lost. This motivates Jun to fight even harder and he finally wins after Gorou purposely gives him a chance (albeit a hard to grab chance). Both Tomo and Jun are happy and just when Tomo was finally about to officially ask Jun out he does it first. Annoyed by that Tomo grabs Jun and kisses him.
Anime Introduction:
Childhood friends Tomo Aizawa and Junichirou “Jun” Kubota do everything together, whether it be training or just enjoying a fun day out. Anyone would think that these two are best friends for life. The only issue is that the tomboyish Tomo is in love with Jun, but he regards her like a brother.
At the start of their first year of high school, Tomo confesses her feelings to Jun. However, her rough mannerisms and lack of hesitance to throw a punch do nothing to sway Jun’s heart. Realizing that he will remain indifferent to her affections unless she does something about it, Tomo must find a way to knock some sense into Jun and open his eyes to what is right in front of him.

It's nice to see a romance anime where the romance actually pays off at the end. No waiting for a second season that may never come to find out if they will actually hook up or not, or if it does come out it's 5 years down the road and you no longer give a shit.

Came back to this after watching another clip, which sheds more light on this scene.
Tomo thinks there's only a kiss involved, while Jun's probably noticed the "for adults" rating, hence why he said, "Wh-When did you turn into THAT kind of adult?!"
