“Is this all there is to it? This is nothing,” I think, is a way of Canute saying that the guilt or conscious he feels after killing his brother is nothing. He’s asking if that’s all he feels because it wasn’t enough for him to really feel true guilt about it
I think what’s going on in Canutes head right now is, lets take out one man so we can prevent a future conflict between two kingdoms that would take the lives of many.
at the end, I think what he meant by "thats all there is to it?" Is that, if all he has to deal with is the guilt from killing his brother, then he can deal with that no problem

Question for manga readers I’ve watched many reactions to this episode and the sub titles change a lot for King Harold can he not speak anymore or is it difficult for him to speak? Or do we not even get to find out? Hopefully we do and they can speak to each other.
The parallels between Canute and Thorfinn are interesting. One was a murderer and became a pacifist, the other was a pacifist and became a murderer. Both wanting to bring peace to the world by their own ways.

His vision of King Sweyn right now is basically Canute's guilt. He's having an inner monologue everytime he 'sees' sweyn. That's a very creative and cinematic way of representing it. Wow. Im impressed. The manga did a better job though, the panels were sick and gorgeous to watch.
