By all logic Cutting all customer facing roles and automating it is efficient and lower cost but it would immediately lose customers who refuse to jump through hoops with a machine vs a person. We actively see this as people refuse to use even the machines at fast food restaurants to take orders vs the person.

Every character in this series walks like they are on ice and have to put their whole sole on the ground to not slip.
