As the world struggles to maintain order with these cards, Finn is recruited by High Card, a secret group working for the king of Fourland to collect scattered cards. Finn joins the team on a dangerous mission to retrieve the cards, but they must face fierce opposition from the rival car maker Who’s Who and the notorious Mafia family, the Klondikes.
