Poker action is back with a BANG, live from Texas! Doug Polk, Brad Owen, and a lineup full of action players keep this massive launch week going with a massive $200/$400 cash game (with $400 BB ante) live from The Lodge Card Club.

See The Lodge’s cash game offerings and tournament schedule on https://thelodgepokerclub.com/

The Lodge Card Club is a members-only social club in Round Rock, Texas (just north of Austin). With 24/7 cash games and 2+ tournaments per day, The Lodge is THE place to play poker in central Texas. This week only (February 17 – 25) The Lodge Live is streaming every day with high stakes cash games to celebrate the launch of the new poker studio in the club.

You never know what you might see on The Lodge Live stream. You might see Pocket Aces vs Pocket Kings. You may see the nut straight lose to a full house after the board pairs on the river. There’s a good chance you will see loads of straddles (and double straddles, and triple straddles). Players go all-in blind or play poker hands after looking at just one card. That’s just what poker is like in Texas!

The stream regularly features Lodge owners Brad Owen, Andrew Neeme, and Doug Polk. Players like Rampage, Mariano, and Igor Kurganov has also graced The Lodge Live felt. And who knows? One day The Lodge may even host players like Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey, or similarly huge poker names.

  2. Ffs I remembered why I stopped watching this stream. Can we ever just let the players talk and hear their opinions on all subjects? I just can't stand commentary that wants their talk to be more important than the players. Yeah I wanted to know how much a good cowboy hat costs in Austin. At least keep the conversation on what they are talking about. Youtube should make an option to mute certain voices.

  3. The location of the card readers / chair locaitons seems to be very short sited. The four on the long side are way too close to each other. Too bad.
Spot 3 and 6 are right in front of a reader and Doug in the middle. It would be difficult to squeeze in another person without pushing 3 and 6 away from their spots. They probably paid a lot of money for it too.

  4. Neeme benefits huge here, as a much crappier player than Brad. Brad trail blazes, gets his ass handed to him, and Neeme gets a front row seat. Poker is a mirage even for most winning players. A losing endeavor on all fronts.
I mean, to prove it, go to any casino poker room. Where are the women? They take one look inside, at the pathetic collection of losers, and hit up a restaurant, bar or even the slots. All are improvements over the pathetic, socially inept bunch of losers at the poker tables.
At least Brad posts big losses. Credit there. A firm warning to all loser wannabes.

  5. Doug Polk said that Biden is the betting favorite in 2024 for the presidency. What a moronic statement. Stick to poker.
DeSantis at any betting organization is the front running favorite. How can these guys be so stupid? Look up odds before making retarded statements.

  6. Please look at the hand played at 1:02:50 Brad AJ vs. Dylan KQ. The guy in seat one goes by the name TARAS. He was obviously drunk and talking trash all the time during "all-in" play ($146,800 hand). Even Phil Hellmuth doesn't do that. It was absolutely disgusting and completely disrespectful behavior. All credit goes to Dylan and Brad for staying so focused and calm, completely ignoring the side talk. Unfortunately, by the end, Taras was one of the winners and Brad was one of the losers.

  7. 2 questions…#1 has anybody else noticed the heavy heavy breathing that Brad Owen has when he's bluffing? And #2 is it just me or are the pink yellow chips bigger than the rest of the chips?

  8. Too many ppl write brad already off for these stakes.
    Ppl lose ppl learn.
    Time will tell
I think there will also be better tables to play for him . That doesn't look like enough fish on it to make a shot.

  9. Loving this stream! BUT please don't put the graphics up on the feed before the dealer deals the flop… it's one of the little surprise we have in life and I'd quite like to see the cards hitting the felt before I see the graphics. Keep up the good work!

  10. Lmao at Brad’s crybaby face after that AK hand. Never liked him and his fake kindness. He’s starting to finally show his true colors on Twitter now that he can’t handle the heat.

  11. And….lol. Even more reason his AK call was good in long run. Taras continually checks his monster hands. He just happened to be bluffing with best hand when he got called earlier.

  12. Taras, don't worry, Robbi won't sue you, cause nobody could hear you cause the commentators talked over the top of the whole conversation, again. Please understand, table talk is generally more entertaining than commentators.

  13. My favorite part was when both the table and commentators talk at the same time at the same volume, creating an inability to decipher either ❤️
