The anime is actually condensing a lot, this episode was like a 3rd of the 2nd volume. Still IMHO is a very well done and the cut stuff isn't that important (one of the cut scenes was the interrogation of the noble kid, which the show only showed in flashbacks).
And also I can see why they are doing it, they want to reach volume 3 to finish the season, because volume 3 is probably the best ending point.
I dont know why but this ep was kinda weird 😅 but i have the felling that maybe tilti and Anises Brother are the Antagonist ( Anis at the end will have all the Girls simping)
I'm a lil happy i was able to predict what the curse would be😄and I'm also glad that they explained what the curse would be and that they didn't just leave it to be explored in a later episode.

It was a good episode but I think it was handled better and the light novel and in the manga.
If they go into more detail like how they did in the manga about her mother you'll realize her mother's no joke the mother having the title of queen is not for nothingness

This episode missed a few part filled with anis usual comedic antics. I guess they’re focusing the story to the main plot. I was expecting the episode to pick up the story on what happened before and during the party. Or at least the queen’s lecture. But nope…
I only read the manga. Were these missing parts just something added to the manga or did the LN have it too?
