There is a mild implication that Misuzu's feelings for Tomo staddle the line between friend and lover. She's jealously possessive of her during their childhood and makes Jun miserable in the hopes he'd stay away from them.
Who knows, in another timeline, the three of them could have made a stable polyamorous trio.
