Gil is a half-god so technically he isn't dead, think more of being incapacitated right now and won't be part of the fight. The current Ayaka and the real Ayaka actually do have a link but it'll be covered most likely in season 2. Just be prepared "Ayaka" backstory is wild. It is known in real life history that King Richard did a mass execution during the Crusades.
Also, the 'Lady' girl is Gray, she's the assistant to Lord El-Melloi when he needed to solve cases (The Case Files Of Lord El-Melloi II). She's a vessel of King Arthur which is why she's a Saberface (term used by fans for characters that have the same face as the original Saber in Fate Stay Night). She has access to a certain weapon used by Artoria. What's coming next in the story doesn't even count as crazy level, it will be beyond crazy. But based on the speed they've been adapting the original, we should be getting to Ishtar doing her shenanigans in the next 2 episodes
