Magic is rare and needs years of study in this world so its monopolized by nobles
They don't show it in the anime but the arrows are constant every day for what is about 1 month in universe Eleven is tring
Gil is a cheat character they don't show it at all in the anime but stud is at least 3 ranks lower than Gil in fighting power and he is equal to eleven
