「誕生！名探偵プリキュア！」

2027年1月。
14歳の誕生日をむかえ、母と家に帰ってきた明智あんなは、自分の部屋にペンダントが置かれているのに気づきます。
ペンダントを身につけてみると、突然光り出し、ポチタンと名乗る妖精があらわれました。
ポチタンが「いっしょに来て、助けてほしいポチ！」と呼びかけると、再びペンダントが輝き、ふたりは光に飲み込まれてしまいました。
見知らぬ街で目を覚ましたあんなは、探偵志望の女の子・小林みくると出会います。
ところが、突然ポチタンが飛び出して行ってしまい、ふたりは後を追いかけます。
追いかけていった先は結婚式場で、花嫁の想田まりが大切なティアラをなくして困っていました。
ティアラ探しを手伝うことになったあんなとみくるは、花嫁の控室に出入りしていた3人に話を聞きますが、ヒントになるような証言は得られません。
式の開始が迫る中、涙ぐむみくる。
困っている人を助けるために名探偵になりたい、というみくるの思いを聞いたあんなが「もう一度、調べてみよう」とみくるの手をとると、風がみくるのリボンを飛ばし、ツツジの植え込みへと運びます。
それを見たあんなは、家に帰る前、植え込みで女の子のリボンを探してあげたことを思い出し、何かをひらめきます。
控室にやってきたあんなは、話を聞いた3人のうち、まりの友人・ともかが犯人だと告げます。
「ティアラをブーケの中に仕込み、ブーケトスで受け取ったら抜き取るつもりだった」というあんなの推理は的中していましたが、ともかの正体は、ティアラに宿ったマコトジュエルをねらう怪盗団ファントムの怪盗・ニジーが変装した姿でした。
追跡のさなか、ニジーが放ったモンスター・ハンニンダーを前に立ちすくむあんなとみくる。
しかし、ふるえながらもティアラを取り戻そうとするふたりの心に反応するかのようにお互いが身につけていたペンダントが輝き、あんなはキュアアンサー、みくるはキュアミスティックへと変身します。
プリキュアの力によってハンニンダーを浄化したアンサーとミスティックはティアラを取りもどし、結婚式も無事にとり行なわれます。
しかし家に帰ろうとしたアンサーは、ミスティックから現在が1999年の4月だと聞かされ、自分が過去にタイムスリップしたことを知るのでした。

  1. Anna Akechi she is a 14-year-old second-year middle school student living in Makoto Mirai Town. On her birthday, guided by the fairy Pochitan and a pendant she finds in her room, she time-slips from 2027 to Makoto Mirai City in 1999. Meet Nodoka Hanadera and Chiyu and Hinata and Asumi and Latte and Rabirin, Pegitan and Nyatoran and meet Yui and her friends Kokone and Ran and Rosemary and Kome-Kome and Pam-Pam and Mem-Mem they able to take down Byogen and Bundoru Gang both team up with new Phantom Thieves. we encounter them but Daruizen and Shindoine and Gentlu infects Nodoka with Nanobyogen and Mega part inside her body.

  2. Cure Grace has been attacked by Daruizen who put a Pestilence crystal inside her.

    The other Pretty Cure came to help her friend and push back the enemy.

    But now, Nodoka is feeling sick. Her parents are worried and send her to the hospital where the doctor examines her. It looks like she has a relapse. Nodoka was sick since she was a child and it was only recently that she got better.

    Now, because of the mysterious crystal Daruizen used on her, her health is getting worse again.

    Why does it have to be Nodoka? Her parents and her friends hope she will get better soon.

    Rabirin who’s by her side is feeling bad. She’s a healing animal and should be able to do something to cure her. Why is she so powerless?

    If only she could cure her partner!

    Suddenely, a hand reaches Rabirin, a warm light shines through the room as Nodoka is fighting the pain while saying she won’t give up to her crying partner.

  5. After Daruizen and Shindoine infects Cure Grace, the other Cures arrive to rescue her but are too late. They take Nodoka to her parents, who rush her to the hospital while revealing that her current illness similar to her previous one.

  6. On her 14th birthday, Akechi Anna encounters the fairy Pochitan wearing a pendant in her room. Anna is then engulfed in the pendant's light and wakes up to find herself.

  7. Anna she met Mikuru at Makoto Mirai City in 1999 she meet Nodoka Hanadera and Chiyu and Hinata and Asumi and Latte and Rabirin, Pegitan and Nyatoran and meet Yui and her friends Kokone and Ran and Rosemary and Kome-Kome and Pam-Pam and Mem-Mem they able to take down Byogen and Bundoru Gang both team up with new Phantom Thieves.
