Just how strong is False Rider?
Pale Rider (ペイルライダー, Peiru Raidā), Class Name Fake Rider (偽ライダー, Nise Raidā, also translated as “False Rider”), is the “Fake” Rider-class Servant summoned by Tsubaki Kuruoka in the True and Fake Holy Grail Wars of Fate/strange Fake.
Whilst Pale Rider is named after one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the Pale Rider summoned in the Fake Holy Grail War is a completely different being from the Pale Rider described in the Book of Revelation.

Pale rider, the embodiment of the black plague, influenza or a pathogen, it's a virus, and it's noble phantasm recreates an apocalypse scenario, but it's master needed to have knowledge to those kinds of events, and since it's master is a child, you could expect it to be nerf, but hey!! It managed to take alcides Cerberus for itself and since it's closer to death itself, Cerberus is at full power

The Skill of granting a variety of divine blessings to those it regards as allies, among the ones brought into the territory turned into a Netherworld by its Noble Phantasm.
Since Pale Rider is not really a King of the Netherworld, this Skill is slightly different from the Protection of the Netherworld Skill that one goddess has.

Since it's strongly influenced by the Master's impression, it's perfectly possible for it to take a stereotypical image of Hell or Heaven, and it's just as possible for it to take the form of complete nihil, as an empty space that crushes souls. When dealing with an emergency, it can pull a target's physical body into the Bounded Field. This Noble Phantasm is actually supposed to work on a smaller scale, but as a result of this location and other factors, it is currently producing a wider Bounded Field than it would in a normal summon.

However, since Tsubaki has no knowledge of the Apocalypse, Ragnarok, etc. and didn't want any Hell, it never reached this level. The pronounced name of the Noble Phantasm was changed by the Master.
So yes this servant is more aking to an doomsday weapon but due to its nature as an conceptual servant that is a function of the world and who the master is it’s somewhat toned down from its full destructive capabilities and doing something more ““innocent”” Wich is to bring in friends to keep Tsubaki conpany trought the skills it(pale rider)possesses
