He pulls Archer Heracles, which is so superior to Berserker Heracles it's not even funny, and immediately blows three command spells and some grail mud to downgrade him into Alcides to bring him closer to his alignment. The only reason Berserker Heracles was not an auto-win in the 5th Grail War is because almost half of his sheet is unusable, with no Nine Lives (though he could have used it that one time), no Valor (his highest ranked skill) and a nerfed God Hand due to no precise motor skills. For a non-Bersker Heracles, here is how God Hand should go: you wound Heracles with a thrust, giving him a metaphorical +100xp in tanking but also dodging thrusts and now thanks to Mind's Eye (Fake) and his martial skill, Heracles is going to parry and counter any other thrust for the remainder of the damn war. Oh and his counter is going to hit like a phantasmal beast-slaying truck, even barehanded. That's it, congratulations, you've won. Without a combination of hydra poison/black grail mud and a servant with parameters similar to Jason or Altoria Alter, you're completely done. Unless you've got a miracle in your back pocket (Caliburn). Or Gil.

And herein lies Alcides' only advantages. His divinity score is low and he has tricks. Both being very helpful when fighting Gilgamesh. Heracles doesn't have tricks. He is ungodly fast, strong and tough but that's it, he doesn't have counters for his weaknesses. Alcides has all the tricks, and can't be stopped by Gulganna's chain.

But Bazildot didn't even wait to learn that Gil was in this war to horribly downgrade his servant. And it's better to have a full power Heracles and just dodge Gilgamesh (especially in a war like in Snowfield or the Apocrypha war) rather than have the all-around worse Alcides who needs to run around being a pest to benefit from from Avenger, drawing a huge target on your back.

This right here is the fumble of the century and exactly how you lose a Grail War.

Using all 3 command spells as soon as you summon a servant is crazy.
