It’s not super obvious unless you’re a big fan but Sigma’s mom is a character from Fate/Zero. You can cross reference the brief shadow you get of her at the start of the episode with your memory if you’d like to try and figure it out.

Edit; Also in case you’re curious, Sigma’s actually about as old as Faldeus, if not older according to the author.

Prelati is unique because Francois is technically dead, Francisca's immortality allows her to replace her body whenever she dies so Francois Prelati is technically dead even though he's also still alive as Francisca which is how she got to summon her original self as a Servant.

Also the Scar Red she mentioned is Aozaki Touko, a Magus that appeared in two of Nasu's earlier works Kara no Kyoukai and Mahoutsukai no Yoru. She's the eldest daughter of a dying line that was considered their miracle child because she was born with the most magic circuit a member got in generations but her grandfather, the head of the family, passed her over for her younger sister Aoko. Touko is a very skilled Magus who specialises in Puppet Magecraft like Mr. Langal that allows her to make puppets that look basically identical to human bodies and she has been using that to escape from her enemies since you can never tell if the Touko you're talking to is the real one or another of her puppets. She's also very very sensitive about her being called Red or Scar Red as it reminds her how much better her sister Aoko had become (Aoko can use the Fifth True Magic Blue and is called Magic Gunner Blue), so Francisca pushed her buttons so hard that Touko kept killing her.

Sigma’s character arc is honestly one of the best in a Fate story, and I’m really excited to see how the anime continues to adapt it. There’s a lot of important stuff they cut from his early showing, but I do hope that’s just saved for later episodes.
