Dragon Raja is a Chinese donghua series produced by Tencent and animated by Studio GARDEN. It is based on the novel series of the same name written by Jiang Nan. The show premiered on August 19, 2022 on the QQ VIP streaming service. A mobile game based on the show was released in 2024.

The show was announced with an animated concept preview in August 8, 2020[1]. In 2023, a deal was reached with Aniplex to release the first season internationally, it started airing in Japan with the title Ryuzoku: The Blazing Dawn on April 6th, 2024 and was released globally on streaming services.

A second season was confirmed in November 25, 2022. It premiered globally on July 18th, 2025 and consists of 24 episodes. A Japanese dub was released on October of the same year with the title Ryuzoku: The Mourner’s Eyes.[2]

The production of a third season was confirmed on August 10, 2025.[3]
