Make My Day is created by Yasuo Otagaki, directed by Makoto Honda, written by Yumiko Yoshizawa and stars Masaomi Yamahashi, Ayahi Takagaki, Kazuhiro Yamaji and Akio Otsuka. The Studio 5 production is set on an isolated icy planet promising a bright future and follows a group of prisoners who are forced to excavate a rare energy source that leads to a deadly, unwelcome discovery.
