I think it's normal the baby would take up a lot of Dali's attention. However Raphael recently lost his mother! He needs extra attention/support in a time like this especially, otherwise no wonder he'd feel lonely/jealous.

Like everything Dali did he's acting aloof or not engaging as much as he should be, Ralph in this scene as many is basically screaming for attention from his parent but Dail is tired, depressed and preoccupied of course Ui is literally a baby and needs 24/7 care but so does Ralph. Honestly imo Dail took on more than he was ready for, Dail was too obsessed with his late wifes promise and was too prideful to admit he needs help, I guess, and I'm no parent but I think Dali's arc was to show/tell single (or practically) single parents that it's ok to ask for help. Reminds me of my family, I have an older sister and single mom, luckily she had my grandparents and siblings to help but my sis before I was born was very clingy to my mom but after I was born she became more independent and I became clingy (still am lowkey) but mom was able to divide her attention equally between us cuz everyone helped her.
Oof, that was a long-winded story, lol.
I love Dali, he tried the best.
