***第95話あらすじ***
最近太ったみかんは、しみちゃんにダイエット宣言っ!!
でも、「みかんにはできないっ」と言われてしまう。
それでもなんとか痩せたいと思ったみかんは、
しみちゃんに一番痩せる方法を教えてもらうことに。
「腹五分目ダイエット」に「ヘソ出しダイエット」…。
果たしてみかんは今度こそダイエットに成功するのか!?

  1. 運動をするって発想はないんすかみかんさん後ちびちび食べてるところ多分普通に食べて半分残すぐらいがよかったのかも下手にお腹空いてないとか言うんじゃなくて

  2. Speaking as a 29 year old who started on a serious dieting and self-image appreciation, here's my advice for Mikan.

    1. Cut her meals into half. Do not do what Shimi-chan advises. Instead of stopping and leaving her food wasted, all she literally has to do is serve herself a smaller portion of her regular meal. She also needs to tell her family of her plans so that they can remind/encourage her of her goals.

    2. Cut down salty snacks and sweet drinks. Instead of eating unhealthy snacks, she can instead switch to fruits which are healthier.

    3. Drink lots of water when she feels a bit peckish.

    4. Sleep earlier. For my case, I'd be in bed by 10pm.

    5. Do some light cardio at home. Spending time for 10-15 minutes of this is a good standard.

    6. Last but not least. Exercise. It's arguably the most difficult change of routine when it comes to dieting. For my case, I spend time at the gym around around 4-5 days a week and all I did was run the treadmill for an hour and some light weight lifting.

    DO NOT do the exposing belly strategy. It only encourages negative self-viewing and can lead to self-hating on your own body and that is dangerous. Do not punish yourself either when you have a cheat day. Slimming down takes time. I dropped 8-9 kg within 4 months and I took a couple of cheat days to reward myself. Beating yourself will just be punishing yourself for no reason.

    I'm aware she's a high schooler hence it's a possibility her metabolism is faster hence she gets hungry more easily and she also doesn't have the expandable expense to hit the gym. But as long as she controls her food intake she can gradually lose weight. Not to mention Japanese people tend to have slimmer figure due to their less salty food.
