My take on the Lu Guang and Vein moment in this episode is as follows: LG didn't kill Vein (besides he's still alive anyways) ^^. I assume he knows the ability of the blonde lady from the previous timeline, maybe not to the extent that it's just a "Fake" Death ability but ya. In this timeline/this last try in the past he decided to take Vein a bit longer in place. That's why he is saying that HE (himself) can't stop him but he can make him stay a little bit longer. Cause HE CAN'T kill Vein. I am 97% certain that LG only has his and CXS's ability and nothing more. His puppet string actions are more a metaphorical meaning imo. Like to demonstrate that he finally did change something in real time. And that's why he thinks to himself "I hope I won't meet you again" he hopes that his plan is a success, he's like gambling and hoping. And he still thinks in s1/2 that vein died this evening.
I can't wait for S3 honestly. I need answers and a good/happy end for the main characters.

I'm writing down my theory here, so in the future, I can look back and see if I'm right: Blonde hair therapist has the ability to temporarily kill people with their name for 24 hours, like Romeo and Juliet style. In the original timeline, she can't do this to vein because she doesn't know vein's name. But LG knows vein's name from the future. LG doesn't just have the ability to see the future from a photo, he can communicate with others using their powers at the same time while doing this. This is an implied part of the power from every time he jumps with CXS. So the jumps into the therapist's body, and THINKS VEIN'S REAL NAME to share it to her while she's using her power, so she can use her power and disable him.

这一季好看是好看，但我不得不吐槽这英文太出戏了。希望编剧组听句劝：在二次元里，全世界的人讲一个语言是件再正常不过的事。就拿《黑执事》为例吧，故事背景是在十九世纪的英国，然而其中的角色完完全全是讲日语的（除了Sebastian的经典口头禅“Yes my lord”之外）。尽管如此 完全没有违和感。《间谍过家家》又是个类似的例子。同理，英都的人要是全都讲中文也不会觉得奇怪。 相反，如果你就因为故事是在虚拟欧洲展开而硬生生地配许多英文台词，反而会很尴尬 违和感十足。
总体来讲我还是很喜欢这一季， 编剧组加油！期待下一季。
