The first time these two characters ever interact with each other.
It took long enough, but we finally got Zero’s origin story — and I can’t believe I actually felt pity for him. His whole revenge turned into this Acnologia-like thrill for destruction, which explains why he ended up serving the one who carries his legacy.
Gajeel being the one to defeat him is super fitting too, since he’s the one who overcame that same urge. Though yeah, I was hoping the Seis would have a bigger role there…
Anyway, chapter 200 next. Fingers crossed for something massive!
