$600 ASMR Michelin Star Vegetable Snacks at Blue Hill at Stone Barns
#asmr #asmreating #food Crunching opening snacks of a 6 hour meal at one of the greatest farm restaurants in the world. Just 30 miles north of New York City, guests are served a huge tasting menu featuring the freshest offerings from their 80 acre farm and local markets.
My meal took me about 6 hours to finish. By the end you are served dozens of different fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, breads, eggs and more. There were 5 different desserts. They even send you home with a loaf of fresh baked sourdough bread.
Protein courses this meal included 3 types of fish, 8 different types of pork and lamb 3 ways. The menu changes day to day, guest to guest. This is just one of the many reasons that two Michelin star Blue Hill at Stone Barns is one of my favorite restaurants.
