Thats not 55800 prop shaft speed is it ? I thought the gearbox lowers the engine speed down to about 8K rpm. Am i wrong ? FH

I imagine the red box is a form of gear reduction otherwise a prop only pushes or pulls air to a certain amount before it becomes ineffective same reason helicopters don't hover in the same place for long periods of time

I have that same Turboprop Kingtech 60 in my scratch-built Daher Kodiak 900 Rc plane. It is a STOL beast. Climbs like it's filled with helium. I also have one on my Embraer 314 Super Tucano RC plane. It is a rocket ship. A cheetah on crack fast. You are going to love it when you take it to the air. It is smooth like butter.

Just watching the frame rate vs prop you can see that the prop syncs with the 60hz screen 11 times. Assuming it was 60 hz. That means rpms of 60, 120, 240, 480, 960, 1920, 3840, 7680, 15320, 30640, 61280 and that’s about where it topped. as I was counting I knew this thing was moving faster than any rc prop I’d ever seen… with 5 big blades with lots of pitch.. that was some serious thrust geezus.
I think we are all in agreement here…we wanna see the table fly!
