After successfully defeating the Dragon King of Bronze and Fire, Lou Mingfei throws himself into battle against the next four great lords, the Dragon Kings of the Earth and Mountains. In his second year, he will be teaming up with Chu Zuhan, one of the strongest dragon killers in the academy.
On their way back to Cassel Institute after completing their mission in Shiniguni, they meet and become friends with a new student, Sha Mei, a girl with a Class A bloodline.
The three, newly teamed up, go on an epic mission to defeat the Dragon King of the Revived Earth and Mountains.
