call hera so he has got that problem whenever sometimes whenever he sits he can just be able to to feel pain in the stomach and also so the stomach becomes big and when he holds the stomach he feels something is walking inside yeah so I was uh asking whether how can he be helped because uh right now even today he has not gone to school because of that problem oh so I’m okay [Music] yeah so this is the doctor that uh do normally treat us and uh treat even some people who have been got some problems and now this boy I want to go to him i want to go with him to the doctor right now h so that we reasons so that maybe one day one time these chickens can be able to multiply that is the solar on top of the iron sheets already and uh one light is going to be okay actually let me ask you yeah so 1,000 for her to apply for the ID she can use the additional amount for transportation so she sent um 1,19 if I’m not wrong i’m trying to check the money that she sent here it was uh 1,9 so withdrawing that money let me say that this money is just 1,000 because um we have things like withdrawal fee and whatever h now I will just give her 1,000 shillings uh so that she can be able to go and process for the ID starting by tomorrow is on Thursday and I want when I come here I will do some followup to check whether she has been able to apply for the ID i don’t want it to be like Mama Faith you know mama Faith I gave her money to go and apply for the ID but later on she took the money then she didn’t do what we we we wanted so but right now we forgot about her and we will never I found them on the way one day when they were walking and I realized that uh him and the sister they have been at home for a year they used to go to school then the dad died then they were in home for a year without going to school so I rescued them and I took them back to school so this is now the second year since um we are helping them but now this boy has got now a problem i know he’s able to explain for you maybe how he feels mhm yeah uh and also you will also try to examine him according to maybe how you will be able to understand that problem and now you’ll be able to advise us how he can be help from this side of total or yes he was just harvesting the seats for programs Yeah and he sold around 150 yes we came here total over they told me you know I’m an over and I have 15 out of selling the seats of programs the seedlings for programs so and he said I want to be a man i want to be circumcised and I don’t want I don’t have anybody to for me this money yes so in fact it really touched me so much yeah and I decided to circumcise the boy free wow and I added him some money so to keep him while he was just healing the wound of At least Yeah yeah yeah i understand that something else okay it might not be the Ha so to just remove that question from there we need to do what we call just abdominal ultrasound okay to establish whether it is an HA or it’s not it is not so that we can be able that’s when we can just plan the way forward okay so doing ultrasound is to tell whether it is ha or if here the nearest facility is around 200 yeah to establish the cause okay
