Hey there ! I've seen that alot of people are suggesting ideas and I'm very happy about this, just know I'll read all of them by next week
also I've seen that a ton of people complain about not having epilepsy warning, well for information, the 5 first seconds of the video, has a huge text written "Epilepsy Warning" I really hope this helped alot of people.

If the intended result was to make you upset that you're having to kill en masse to save yourself, that's a tall order considering that this is the same game where people like myself commit crimes against humanity on the regular without thinking twice.
i think more varying idle sounds other than the laugh would be nice, it seems repetitive in the video

what are your thoughts on instead of spamming the space bar when the jumpscare approaches, you could have something similar to those typing speed tests where you have to type words/phrases on the screen, stuff maybe like begging for mercy or calling for help to avoid the jumpscare, so it feels less like a forced minigame, and more like placating the anger of something much more powerful than you?

Idea: Schizophrenia, basically after the second time he will occasionally appear and stalk you, get within 35-40 blocks and he disappears. All attacks go through him. After a while some mobs will look off. Try to attack them and they disappear with a scream of agony. Also add a sanity bar, more times you kill fake mobs and look at him the more it goes down. Eventually causing a hunt. Where will purposefully make your sanity drop causing the death sequence at zero.
Idea: make an item of some kind that "staves off" the creature, like a block. But moving too far away will put you back in its range, and then a timer shows up. Not a quest telling you to kill, just a timer. If it hits zero, you get a different jumpscare. And when you respawn you can find your mutilated corpse.

Why don't make it when you get a quest, if in first person an animation will play of your arm (Off hand) getting burned and then appear the quest writen in your skin like it was burned in there
The death message should be something like "*player* disobeyed him" or smth
It would be nice if when the player has completed a certain amount quests, they get harder instead of being at random. Also when the player is starting to reach simply impossible numbers there's just no quests anymore for a certain period of time. Then the player starts to get hallucinations like animals being slaughtered or ghast noises. After period of time the player gets jumpscared and a quest pops up with something along the lines of "kill yourself". (I don't know if it makes sense since English isn't my first language..)
i love the concept of this, but i feel like there should be an event where the entity actually gets put in your head. in my mind, it doesnt make sense for quests to just randomly appear without any explanation, and it could be executed a little better
Honestly, there should be a silly mode that just replaces most of the mod's sounds with 21st century humor meme sound effects
the jumpscare is hilarious but the idea is awesome
