Joe Beck learns his grandfather left him $200,000 and heads to Galveston, Texas to claim it, but after being assaulted, he boards a ship to escape. Onboard with Nita, who is also fleeing, Beck faces threats, a near-fatal accident, and uncovers schemes to steal his inheritance and hide the crew’s illicit activities.
