13:20 even in the current manga, Suo is still unscathed from any battles. the guy is just full of mysteries, i hope that eventually we get to his backstory and what he is really capable off. He should be at least be 3rd grade level fighter as many instances proved that he is that caliber
Suo was angry because Nerei got hurt that time. He was ready to fold and smash that guy into pieces. That’s why Suo said he’s no match for Sakura—because of how calm Sakura stayed even in a situation like that. Suo was so serious, ready to throw hands, but Sakura kept his cool and handled it smart because he got reality checked by Kaji. Suo realized that kind of composure is something he still doesn’t have, and that’s why he respects Sakura for it.

I think the hidden foreshadowing nature of this episode is how many characters were shown to have some type of beast within them.
– Sakura has the "LOCKED IN" beast.
– Suo has the "CALM BUT DEADLY" beast.
– Kiryu has the "Alternate Personality" beast.
– Kaji has the "Blind RAGE" beast ( however this time he managed to pull himself back because the entire time he was fighting, he had Sakura's words in his head ).
