Hi Taylor 👋🏽! I love the purple thumbnail. Teddy Ranpo & Karl the Raccoon are going to stop the perfect murderer. Karl the Raccoon has made it on my favorite anime pet list with John the Armadillo this season.
Poor Kunikida continues to take it hard when he can't save everybody. That murder was elaborate & harsh. I was glad to see the policeman again from season 1 when we first saw Ranpo solve a murder.
The connections from the previous 3 episodes are already visible. Last time, a writer of the play was murdered. This time a writer was murdered immediately after finishing the final chapter of his murder mystery.
Kunikida is in jail instead of Odasaku & once again Ranpo is in the car with the murderer just like last time. It's interesting that Ranpo knows that he isn't gifted, but plays along anyway. It kind of reminds me of Mob knowing that Reigen was lying about having psychic powers. Entertaining reaction as always!
This episode feels refreshing like they prepare us to face the depressing times
