This scene is lore breaking. There is no way Eiko is able to withstand and make the T-800 pause his attacks by mere strength alone. Or strong enough to push him into the elevator shaft for that matter.
Theres a reason why Kyle Reese avoids a physical fight with the terminator in 1984.
