Acnologia still had his impact on Natsu, remember, Acnologia wanted to bathe in the blood of dragons to make himself stronger. Similarly, Natsu wanted to destroy to prove he's stronger than his brother/rival: Ignia. And because Ignia could have easily taken out the dragon himself, he wanted to see whether Natsu could do what he could have easily done, so it was a test from Ignia whether would Natsu turned himself into a dragon just to fight Ignia. Remember, when a Dragon Slayer bathes in the blood of dragons, they are sealing away their humanity to gain power
