Ingredients:
-4 large eggs
-4 tbsp japanese mayo
-pepper and salt to taste 
-pinch of sugar
-4 slices white bread
-salad

Instructions: 
Boil the egg for 10 minutes. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Add japanese mayo and seasonings to the egg yolks. Cut the egg whits into small pieces. Mix everything together.

Spread mayo on your bread, add salad slices and your egg mixture.
