We've had Jokers that don't care about their Harley. Looks like this one, in contrast, seems to care a lot about this Harley. Maybe not in a romantic sense. At the very least, he seems interested in how Harley would feel in response to being isekai'd, if she would get bored or not.
That's the kind of facination that is normally reserved for a Batman.
