i am from germany, i was on that position too. I was whispering when i went to the bathroom that i need help and said my adress. Asked for help, put the phone hiding in my pullover, i was beaten up, when i was able to check the phone, the call was hung up and police never came. Sadly something like that doesn’t work everywhere. I received no help … 20 years ago

I know dispatchers don't have a code for pizza but they should know, if someone calls for a pizza or anything that's not related to an emergency, but the answer to an emergency is yes, THEY NEED HELP
