  1. Ok, question:
How is the call being recorded BEFORE the 911 dispatcher answered? Are we supposed to believe this hysterical woman had the foresight to start some call recording app and then dialed 911?

  2. What alot of you don't realise is that as soon as they have the address the services will ALREADY be in route. She's talking in that tone and getting her to repeat herself to try and get info and also in case this call need to be used in evidence.

  3. I feel so sorry for this poor woman who saw her like this
Her life will never be the same. How could u ever get that out of ur mind

  5. Lately these dispatchers suck. I know they have to ask these questions, but it’s not what you say it’s how you say it…. Show some compassion and understand that not everyone is going to be calm finding their loved one dead..

  6. 911 drives me nuts! Why don't they say!
I know your trumatized but please give me your address so I can send help
    Use your Words people! Words!

  7. This dispatcher did well actually. No idea why people shit on her in this one.
Asking adress first, asking what happened. If anything the person that called was too emotional to communicate properly. That's the truth.

  8. People are being very hard on this dispatcher in these comments. She was calm and did her job, and she got the cops there (I assume) and remained on the line. We need clear-thinking dispatchers who pick up that phone when people call with extreme situations. I can feel the pain of this woman calling and seeing her friend in such a horrific state. It's so heartbreaking, you can truly hear her pain.

  9. 911 bugs me! Why does she need to know exactly what happened? Roll the responders already! I’ve had this literally when seconds count they take minutes to get the story! They need to train these people better

  10. I can never work as a dispatcher or 911 operator, i will be dead in less than a month from stress from hearing all these emergency calls.

  11. For everyone blasting the dispatcher let me just say that she did what she was supposed to do. She stayed calm in the face of increasing hysteria and got the necessary information as quickly as possible. She had no idea if the person was actually dead or if immediate help could save a life. She wasn't nasty but very polite. However she didn't have the luxury of wasting time trying to placate the caller. For all she knew the person calling could have been the perpetrator. I can only imagine the toll that kind of job takes on someone.

  12. Y’all are crazy. You have to be firm to get information out. Usually they soften up for children but they need to push for information. They are not there to comfort they are there to send help.

  13. How sadly I remember feeling this exact same way when I could hardly even speak when calling 911 after finding my son dead in his room! 😢 The trauma is extremely overwhelming in words cannot seem to come out of your mouth😢

  14. bro not joke but..

    The woman:" Omg, Omg!"

The dispatcher: 💭 if this woman dont shut up💭
"Whats the adresss of your location?"
