  4. My biggest issue with my AMEX points is that the real value is only in the flights. Choice Hotels just upped their award night rates, Hilton tracks under .9 CPP, and the best I can do for a 1 CPP is a Home Depot gift certificate.

  5. Fun video Matt! It was really interesting to see where you put all of these cards. Personally, I would rate the Surpass card either equal to or better then the Brilliant card, and that's coming from a Marriott loyalist! I think the Surpass and Brilliant beyond in the A tier, but that's just me!

  8. Great Video Matt! Those Everyday cards really need to be revamped or cut off completely, I'd be surprised if anyone actually used them as their main cards

    Beast of a video Matt! I agree with pretty much all your rankings for myself, like you said, Delta is very biased on who you are, personally I’d put them all much higher but that’s also because I really only fly Delta haha.

  15. Really enjoyed this ranking video Matt! For me the Amex Gold is also S-tier but I agree with you that in general it's A-tier since not everyone can organically use those monthly credits like I can.

  16. Great video, Matt! I totally agree with your rankings on each American Express card. The Hilton Aspire card definitely deserves to be in the S tier with the Platinum card. I must say, I had to laugh when you put the Marriott Bonvoy Bevy card in the dumpster tier. I think it belongs there too, because I cannot see where anyone would really benefit from having that card. All of the other Marriott Bonvoy cards are so much better, even the Bold card!
