smh wheel of fortune is an easy S
Hanged man and strength should both be at A, hermit and temperance should both one tier higher, and magician should be at C, and wheel of fortune is its own tier above S.
Apart from that this list is perfect
yeah hermit and temperance being so low is crazy
I think spades should be higher as its chip joker is insane
Suit wise spades are S tier. Hearts are A tier because with lucky dice it's S but otherwise its B tier.
Clubs are B tier
Diamonds are a meme.
