01:43, Finn just says ビショビショ(bishobisho) here and this is onomatopoetic for being completely wet or soaked with water. It sounds similar to 美食家(bishokuka), which means gourmet.
I don’t think it was implying anything and he only used this because he was half listening to Chris and has never heard of bishokuka before.
