Yeah. The Idris event sucks though, flash sale driven event (like a gatcha game). Event is still broken, most people don't get to see it let alone pilot it. I don't know how people can be positive about any of this.
06:30 Thats some mighty brazen assumptions about hangars Mike. If the Spaceport Hangars are are Aeroview, then it makes NO sense that I suddenly have Selfland because its on my package. And if all the LaGrange Space Station hangars are Selfland, then how do you suddenly get a Revel & York?
I think that the Hangars we are entitled to from our packages will be for choosing our home location. If I have a VFG asteroid hangar, then I will have the ability to choose Grimhex as my home. That is of course, just a guess, but guessing is better than assuming. You might even be right, but only 3.23 knows for sure.
Also, Hangars on our packages are listed as Hangar Pass. Theorycraft that to mean whatever you want.
My friends and I are disappointed. We wanted to play to fight an idris and see the interior of the ship. We wasted our time chasing a ghost.
Also the whole story of putting players in competition to win a big prize makes the event toxic.
Spent 14 hours yesterday with my org, about 30 of us looking for the shit and nothing.
Idris event is only an event if your a streamer. No fan service here folks..

It's genuinely baffling to me just how wrong CIG got the idiris event…kinda. Like the event itself is super cool…if you can experience it. I also REALLY think they should have run an event like this while something like Xenothreat is active. Let players steal an Idris and use that against Xenothreat.

last night a couple of Org bro's announced on discord they found an Idris on Aus servers, 5 mins later the server was jam packed, we got to the point of boarding and 30k
Dumb ass marketing event which makes No sense in a game thats not a game.
We'll lose the capacity to spawn vehicles in our hangar in the 3.23 but not the capacity to park them in our hangar from our ship cargo bay. If everything becomes persistent there isn't a big difference between a box and a car.
Played a lot of master modes in AC, and i find it very cool, played with some friends too and they all said the same..
The Idris game apeared in my server today, and it was siting in Hurston landed.. ppl blew it up after some time
why not having one idris stationed at a main city, just for people to check i t out
I think the picture shows how you go from personal instanced hangar to physicalized hangar. It will be like Elite dangerous where it moves you into place
For the idris event my best explanation is that they designed an in game event around a sale and not a sale around an in game event.
I still think, for the PU and the future of monetization for the game, that selling unique or rare (limited) blueprints is the future for CIG, if done right.
Yeah….we just did a EMP and board on a Reclaimer 20 minutes before somebody showed me this. Kinda what we do.
